But they failed to test their repair, so when I turned the water on there were leaks. I called on a Saturday morning when no one else would answer the phone and spoke to Dan for a little over 45 minutes to help me solve an issue with my propane fireplace and the CSST. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable insight that I would not have had anywhere else. Go with Haire, you will be pleased to not speak with a robot but with a person who genuinely wants to help.

Mr. Mike Tyndall was a great ambassador for Haire Plumbing Company. He was very prompt and professional at the initial meeting to examine my hot water heater. He explained to me what was wrong and gave me several different options to fix the hot water heater. On the day that the water heater was to be replaced, he was delayed from his first job of the day, and he still took the time to call and inform me that he would be a little late. Once he arrived, he was able to replace the unit in a matter of hours. Great company and employee.

What started as a dream home quickly turned into a nightmare when I realized the entire HVAC system and ductwork needed to be replaced. I was completely overwhelmed and honestly on the verge of tears. That’s when Larry stepped in. From the very first conversation, Larry didn’t just talk about solutions—he gave me peace of mind. He reassured me, calmly and confidently, that he was going to take care of it and that I didn’t need to worry. And he meant it. The entire HVAC system was replaced, all ductwork was redone, vents were brought up to code—everything handled thoroughly and professionally. His sales coordinator, Brian, along with the entire crew, were exceptional. Personable, respectful, professional—and genuinely kind. At no point did I feel like “just another job.” I felt like family. I felt protected. And that sense of reassurance, especially after everything I’d already been through with this house, is something you truly can’t put a price on. As if that weren’t enough, I later discovered serious issues in one of the bathrooms. I initially hired another construction company, but almost immediately I could feel the difference. There was no reassurance, no confidence—just unease. Given everything I’d already dealt with, I have a high index of suspicion and a very low tolerance for nonsense, so I let them go. Once again, Larry stepped in and told me, “We’ll get this right.” And he did. This time I also had the absolute privilege of working closely with Cliff, the plumbing supervisor. Cliff and Brian coordinated everything seamlessly and made sure not only that the work was done well, but that it was done expeditiously. I was given their personal phone numbers, and they were literally only a call or text away. I never once felt like I was bothering them. They were responsive, attentive, and proactive every step of the way. Cliff’s crew uncovered hidden plumbing issues that weren’t obvious and fixed them without hesitation—again treating me like family, not a transaction. Watching Brian and Cliff work, it is immediately clear why they are in leadership positions. They take their work seriously, they take ownership, and they lead with integrity. These are true leaders, and it shows in every detail of how the job is run and how the client is treated. Five stars isn’t nearly enough. This team didn’t just fix my house—they restored my trust and my peace of mind.
