FIVE STARS!!!! Scheduling an appointment was easy and set within 3 days. Clear explanations were provided for costs that might be incurred. The technician, CHRISTOPHER LIVINGSTON--arrived on time; was patient in listening to my concerns; demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise; provided information for future care of the HVAC unit/system; and, before leaving, provided a written report of his observations and findings...along with pictures.
