FIVE STARS!!!! Scheduling an appointment was easy and set within 3 days. Clear explanations were provided for costs that might be incurred. The technician, CHRISTOPHER LIVINGSTON--arrived on time; was patient in listening to my concerns; demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise; provided information for future care of the HVAC unit/system; and, before leaving, provided a written report of his observations and findings...along with pictures. I needed a leak fixed in my older home and in a difficult place to get to, and Mike Tyndall came the next morning. He called first and came right on time. I wasn't able to be there but my son was and said Mike was very polite and got right to the job. He called me to tell me the problems and ok the work before doing anything and let me know how much it would be and how long it should take. My son sent pictures and it looks great!
